For those that are against the Detroit Auto Industry Bailout............

There is a plan afoot here in the US:

You heard it first here, and you can take credit for it…

There is a quiet green start-up "Revolution", ‘Movement’ or an "Embargo" (for lack of a better word) where normal citizens affected by the recession have PLEDGED TO REFUSE TO BUY ANY GM, CHRYSLER, OR FORD PRODUCTS until one, or all of them, files bankruptcy, after they take the Tax Payers' bailout money.

Who knows how fast the Mess Up Management will take squandering, and miss appropriating X Billions of dollars, and then right before they are about to go bankrupt again, go to Washington in their private jets,with tin cups asking for more billions.
(They did not even Jet Pool.)

You can join this Citizens against the Bailout / Bankruptcy plan by NOT buying anything from the Big / Pig Three, but instead buy a Toyota, Nissan, VW, Mercedes, or in this case a PorschEV;

This should help to negate those politicians in DC (who no longer seem to be representing the peoples) decision to give The MoTown 3 the tax payers' money.

If only 25% of the mobile population go along with this Embargo / Movement, this will drive the Big / Pig MoTown 3 into bankruptcy, no matter how much they feed at the Federal Trough!

Then, when the MoTown 3 file bankruptcy after they burn through the tax payers' money, some consumers can start to buy some of those MoTown cars, if they are at a reasonable prices, while the MoTown 3 start to close the doors.

A few Questions:

Is the Bailout a Setup ?
Watt is the right thing to do ?
Should the US congress allow the loss of 3 million jobs related to the MoTown 3 ?
Should there be a job loss of the 3 CEO's of the MoTown 3 ?
Should there be a compromise for the Gov to provide half of the $34 Billion asked for ?
Should the bailout funds come out of the already granted $25 Billion to assist the MoTown 3 to pursue alternative fuel / Green auto technology ?
Should there be a Car Czar to oversee the spending of the bailout funds ?

Don’t Bail Out Detroit, Buy It Ralph Nader says, “You want our help. We are going to own a part of you.”

Michael Moore says, “You could buy all the common shares of stock in General Motors for less than $3 billion…Take the money and buy the company!”

A Blogger's Opinion:
Although the purchase idea is a good one, I hate having the government involved in any more than what they aleady are. We are heading towards a socialist society that will be almost impossible to break free of.

My vote goes to LOANING them the money with several contingencies with strings attached.....
1) the prices of the cars have to be the same price as the Japanese (price fixing).
2) the quality of the car must be comparable or exceed the Japanese.
3) saftey requirements must exceed the Japanese.
4) the money must be paid back at a competitive interest rate insured personally by the executives who have been collecting $$$million$$$ in salaries over the years.

I bet they'd make cartain the endeavor was a success if their own money was at stake. If they want Americans to BUY AMERICAN MADE - it has to be an exceptional product.
